Aluminum Hinges Built the Way Your Product Needs
Aluminum is a smart choice when weight matters or when a lighter panel still needs solid support. We form aluminum with progressive die and single-stage stamping, plus sheet metal bending, forming and welding. If your application needs more strength or corrosion resistance, we can quote stainless, cold-rolled steel or a specialty alloy instead.
Long edges often call for a continuous (piano) style hinge that spreads the load. Heavier covers may need a counterbalance or friction hinge so the panel holds where you leave it. Our engineers help you pick the right approach, then prove it with prototypes and testing before tooling.

Frequently asked questions
Do you sell aluminum hinges from stock?
No. We do not have a catalog and we do not sell stock hardware. Every hinge is custom-engineered and made to an OEM customer's specification.
Is there a minimum order?
There are no catalog minimum-order constraints. Programs run from about 5,000 units up to 5,000,000 or more, and we support both high-volume and lower-volume specialty work.
How is pricing set?
Each program is quoted on its own. Price depends on design complexity, materials, tolerances, production volume and tooling needs. Tooling, prototyping and engineering support are quoted with the program.
Can you make a continuous (piano) hinge for a long edge?
Yes. Continuous hinges are one of the hinge types we build for OEM applications that need support spread along a long edge.
What if aluminum is not the right material?
We will tell you. We also work in stainless steel, cold-rolled steel, spring steel and specialty alloys for high-temperature or corrosive environments.
Where are the parts made and where do you ship?
Parts are made at our plant at 1776 Harrington Memorial Road, Mansfield, Ohio. We ship to OEM customers across North America, Europe and Asia.
