How much does a strapping machine cost?
Pricing is available on request. Cost depends on the model, arch size, stainless construction and any conveyor integration, so we quote each application after we see your load and volume.
Do you have stainless machines for food plants?
Yes. The Strapack iQ-400XS and iQ-400SUS, SQ-800SUS and the AQ-7M side-seal machine use stainless and water-resistant construction for washdown, meat, poultry, seafood and dairy environments.
Can I strap pallets without lifting them onto a machine?
Yes. The D-53PLT2 portable pallet strapper rolls to the pallet and handles pallets as low as 350mm, with a battery-powered option. The iQ-400HE applies horizontal straps to pallets and Gaylord boxes.
Do you sell the strapping too?
Yes. We stock Flexband hand and machine grade polyester, Econoband hand grade polypropylene and POLYPROSTRAP machine grade polypropylene made in Danville, Illinois. Bulk and volume pricing is available.
