The GridGenius Variable Speed Generator decouples engine speed from electrical frequency, so the engine runs at the best speed for the load instead of a fixed RPM. That is where the fuel savings, longer maintenance cycles and better power quality come from.
Systems can run islanded or grid-tied, grid-forming or grid-following. Multiple GridGenius units parallel automatically, so you can scale a base or a forward site from 250kW up to 200+MW and add solar, wind or storage later without a redesign.

Can it be moved to a forward site?
Yes. The RDFM is packaged in a readily transportable 40-foot mobile platform that houses the engine, generator, cooling, GridGenius Energy Center and stored energy. It deploys in timeframes similar to rental gensets.
What fuels can it run on?
Diesel, biodiesel, natural gas, propane and biogas. Hydrogen fuel cell integrated primary and standby systems are also available.
Do you rent or lease equipment?
No. Innovus Power systems are sold for purchase. Project financing options are available through our development partners.
What support comes after commissioning?
