What you get with a GridGenius dual fuel system
Innovus Power builds the GridGenius Variable Speed Generator (VSG) in 250kW steps from 250kW to 2.5MW. The engine speed is decoupled from electrical frequency control, so the engine runs at its best speed for any load. That cuts fuel burn, lowers emissions and lets the unit run continuously at low loads without added maintenance risk.
Need natural gas power? GridGenius supports natural gas gensets, natural gas CHP primary power and demand response capable distributed generation. Systems can be islanded or grid-tied, grid-forming or grid-following, and multiple GridGenius units parallel automatically.

What fuels can these generators run on?
GridGenius flex-fuel gensets run on diesel, biodiesel, natural gas, propane or biogas. Innovus also offers hydrogen fuel cell integrated primary and standby power systems and natural gas CHP primary power.
What sizes are available?
Single GridGenius VSG units are available from 250kW to 2.5MW in 250kW increments. Multiple units parallel automatically, and full GridGenius microgrid systems scale from 250kW to 200+MW.
How much do they cost?
Pricing is quoted on request because every system is sized to your load, fuel and site. Project financing is available through development partners. Equipment is sold for purchase only.
Do you rent generators?
No. Innovus Power sells systems; we do not offer rental fleets or lease/PPA models. Rapid Deployment Flex Microgrid units can be deployed in timeframes similar to commonly deployed rental gensets.
Can I use these with an existing utility connection?
Yes. Systems can be islanded or grid-tied, and grid-forming or grid-following. When specified as dispatchable, they can be integrated and controlled by utility power management systems.
