Frequently asked questions
How thick can you cut?
Our fiber laser cuts sheet and plate up to 3/4" thick. For thicker or heat-sensitive material, we use the Omax water jet, which cuts without adding heat.
How is precision cutting priced?
Pricing depends on material, thickness, part geometry, quantity and any secondary work such as forming or coating. Send your drawing and we will quote your specific job.
Is there a minimum order?
We handle prototypes through low-to-medium volume production runs. Tell us your quantity in the form and we will confirm what works for your part.
Can you do more than just cut the parts?
Yes. We form, machine, weld (MIG, TIG and spot, AWS certified), media blast and powder coat in house, so you can order finished, production-ready components.
Do you provide inspection reports?
Yes. We use Keyence portable and optical systems and Starrett CMMs to verify dimensions and produce full inspection reports to your specification.
Where do you ship?
We are in Marathon, NY and serve Cortland, Binghamton, Syracuse, Ithaca and the surrounding region with our own 16' box truck. We also ship fabricated parts nationwide in the US.
