What our powder coating service covers
Powder coating at IMTS starts with surface preparation. We media blast parts with glass bead or coal slag to strip scale, oxidation and contaminants, then coat and cure them in a large-capacity oven. You get production-ready components, not parts that still need another stop.
Because we are a full fabrication and machining shop, we can make the part and finish it. That covers prototypes through low and medium volume production for medical, industrial, automotive, logistics and electronics manufacturers.
