CNC lathe machining built to your print
Our turning department makes precision rotational parts such as shafts, bushings and threaded components. Live tooling, sub-spindles and bar feeds let us combine operations, hold tight tolerances and keep surface finishes consistent from part to part.
Because cutting, milling, welding, blasting, powder coating and inspection are all in house, your turned parts do not sit in a truck between vendors. You deal with one shop from raw bar stock to a finished, inspected component.

How is lathe machining priced?
Pricing depends on the material, part size, tolerances, secondary operations, finishing and quantity. Send your drawing and the quantity you need and we will quote the job.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
We do not publish a set minimum. We handle prototype work through low to medium volume production, so tell us your quantity and we will confirm what fits our shop.
What materials can you turn?
We work from your drawing and source material locally through long-standing supplier partnerships, which helps keep material costs competitive. Tell us what your print calls for and we will confirm on the quote.
Can you do more than turning on the same part?
Yes. We also offer CNC milling, fiber laser cutting up to 3/4 inch, water jet cutting, saw cutting, press brake forming, AWS certified welding, media blasting, powder coating and mechanical assembly.
Do you provide inspection reports?
Yes. We provide dimensional inspection and full CMM inspection reports to your specifications using Keyence portable and optical measurement systems and Starrett CMMs.
Where are you located and how far do you deliver?
Our shop is at 20 Front St, Marathon, NY. We serve Cortland, Binghamton, Syracuse, Ithaca and the surrounding Central New York region with our own 16' box truck, and we ship fabricated parts nationwide.
