What our fiber laser can cut
Our Bescutter 510 fiber laser runs at 3kW with a 5' x 10' bed. It cuts sheet and plate metals up to 3/4" thick with excellent edge quality and tight tolerances, so complex profiles and fine details come out the same on part one and part one thousand.
Laser cutting is only the first step. Because forming, machining, welding, blasting and powder coating are all in-house, your cut parts move straight to the next operation instead of shipping across town.

How much does laser cutting cost?
Pricing depends on material type, thickness, part size, cut length and quantity. Send your drawing and we will quote your specific part.
How thick can you cut?
Our 3kW fiber laser cuts sheet and plate up to 3/4" thick. For thicker or heat-sensitive material we can use our Omax water jet instead.
What is the largest part you can cut?
The laser bed is 5' x 10', so full-size sheets fit. Larger assemblies can be cut in sections and welded in our shop.
Do you take small or prototype orders?
Yes. We support prototype development through low-to-medium volume production runs.
Can you bend, weld and coat the parts too?
Yes. We form on press brakes, weld with AWS certified MIG, TIG and spot welding, and finish with media blasting and powder coating in-house.
Do you ship or deliver?
We serve Marathon, Cortland, Binghamton, Syracuse, Ithaca and the surrounding Central New York region with our own 16' box truck, and ship fabricated parts nationwide in the US.
