What our CNC milling covers
IMTS is a custom metal fabrication and precision machining job shop in Marathon, NY. Our CNC milling is done in house on a fleet of Haas machining centers, so we control accuracy, surface finish and repeatability on every run.
Milling rarely stands alone. Your part can move straight into turning, laser or water jet cutting, press brake forming, welding, blasting, powder coating and inspection without leaving the building.

How much do CNC milling services cost?
Pricing depends on the part. Material, size, tolerances, features, quantity and any welding, coating or inspection all change the number. Send your drawings and quantity and we will quote the job.
Do you take prototypes and small quantities?
Yes. We handle prototype and low-to-medium volume production machining, plus repeat production runs on the same equipment.
Can you do more than milling on the same part?
Yes. We also offer CNC turning, fiber laser and water jet cutting, saw cutting, press brake forming, MIG, TIG and spot welding, media blasting, powder coating and mechanical assembly.
Will I get an inspection report?
We can provide full dimensional inspection reports to your specification using Keyence portable and optical measurement systems and Starrett CMMs.
Where do you deliver?
We are in Marathon, NY and serve the Central New York region, including Cortland, Binghamton, Syracuse and Ithaca, with our own 16' box truck. We also ship fabricated parts nationwide in the US.
