Fees depend on the size of your space, the number of locations and how far the work goes past planning. Tell us your square footage and goals and we will scope it for you.
Can you help us decide how much space to lease?
Yes. Our Real Estate Optimization and Programming services model current use, future work patterns and hybrid scenarios so you can future-size your footprint before signing.
Do you only plan, or can you design and build out the space too?
We can do both. Hixson provides architecture, interior design and building systems engineering, plus project management, cost estimating and construction administration. We do not perform construction labor.

Will you work with our furniture dealer?
