Both. Hixson is a full-service architecture and engineering firm with 20 in-house disciplines, so we can design the building and systems and handle the certification support together.

What kinds of buildings do you certify?
We focus on food and beverage plants, pharma and biotech cGMP facilities, laboratories and corporate workplaces. We do not take on residential, retail, restaurant, hospitality or hospital projects.
What if our goal is net zero rather than LEED?
We also provide sustainability audits, greenhouse gas emissions reduction engineering, net zero manufacturing facility design and water reuse and conservation engineering.
