How much does laboratory design cost?
Fees depend on lab type, size, systems and phase. Hixson does not publish set pricing. Share your scope and we will put together a proposal for your project.
Do you handle engineering as well as architecture?
Yes. Hixson has 20 in-house disciplines, including HVAC, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, structural and civil engineering.
Where do you work?
Hixson serves clients across North America, including the United States and Canada, from its Cincinnati base. We do not take projects outside North America.
Can you renovate an existing lab instead of building new?
Yes. Our work ranges from interior fit-outs and major renovations to ground-up construction and lab master planning.
Do you build the lab too?
No. Hixson provides design, engineering and construction administration. We do not perform general contracting or construction labor.
