Yes. Architecture, interior design and engineering are all in-house at Hixson, along with project management, cost estimating and construction administration. One team carries the project from planning through construction.

Fees depend on the scope, building type, square footage and which disciplines your project needs. Send us your project details and we will scope the work and give you a proposal.
Where do you work?
We serve clients across North America, including the United States and Canada. Our office is at 659 Van Meter Street in Cincinnati, Ohio, and our roots are in Greater Cincinnati and the Midwest.
Do you also build the project?
No. Hixson provides design and construction administration, not general contracting or construction labor. We stay involved during construction to make sure the work matches the design.
What kinds of buildings do you design?
We focus on three sectors: Food & Beverage plants, Science & Technology facilities such as pharma, biotech and labs, and Workplace or corporate interiors. We do not design homes, retail stores, restaurants, hotels or hospitals.
Can you start with planning before we commit to a design?
Yes. We offer master planning, site selection, workplace strategy, programming and capacity studies, so you can test options and phase your capital spending before design begins.
