Do we need new machines or controls?
No. Harmoni connects to your existing equipment regardless of age or brand. It is MTConnect-native where supported, with adapter layers for older controls, and supports Mazak, Haas, Fanuc, Heidenhain, Siemens Sinumerik, DMG MORI, Makino and Fadal.
How does the system know which instructions to show?
Long-range RFID identifies the operator and the job at the machine. Harmoni then delivers the work instructions, setup sheet and drawing for that part revision and loads the matching CNC program, settings and offsets.
Will it work with our ERP?
Harmoni has native integrations with Epicor, Infor, Infor Visual, ECI JobBoss / JobBoss2, ABAS and Odoo. Custom integrations for legacy and on-premise ERPs are available on request.
What does it cost?
