How much does Harmoni cost?
Pricing is available on request. It depends on how many machines and work centers you connect, which modules you use and your ERP setup. The demo call is where we scope that and send you a figure.
Do I have to buy new CNC machines?
No. Harmoni connects to your existing equipment regardless of age or brand. We do not sell or replace machine tools.
Will it replace our ERP or MES?
No. Harmoni is an orchestration layer that improves how your ERP and MES run in the real world. It integrates natively with Epicor, Infor, Infor Visual, ECI JobBoss and JobBoss2, ABAS and Odoo, with custom integrations for legacy or on-premise ERPs on request.
How long does it take to get running?
Harmoni deploys in weeks, with no machine replacement required. Documentation, integration support and on-site startup assistance are available.
Will it work with our older controls?
Yes, in most cases. Harmoni is MTConnect-native where supported and uses adapter layers for older controls, covering Mazak Mazatrol, Haas NGC and legacy, Fanuc 0i and 30i/31i/32i, Heidenhain, Siemens Sinumerik, DMG MORI, Makino and Fadal.
Can you support defense and ITAR work?
Yes. Harmoni enforces multi-factor authentication at the machine before sensitive jobs run, keeps audit logs of who accessed which machine and program, and offers a Government Cloud deployment for contractors handling CUI, aligned with DFARS practices and the CMMC framework.
