Will it work with our older CNC machines?
Yes. Harmoni supports Mazak, Haas (including legacy), Fanuc, Heidenhain, Siemens Sinumerik, DMG MORI, Makino and Fadal. It is MTConnect-native where supported, with adapter layers for older controls. No machine replacement is required.
How are downtime reasons captured?
Harmoni collects machine state automatically from the control and classifies stops by reason, such as changeover, breakdown, micro-stop, material wait, operator wait and quality hold, so you can target the biggest losses.
Do we need to replace our ERP or MES?
No. Harmoni is not an ERP and is not a full MES replacement. It is an orchestration layer that sits between those systems, your machines and your operators, with native integrations for Epicor, Infor, Infor Visual, ECI JobBoss/JobBoss2, ABAS and Odoo.
