How much does it cost?
Pricing is available on request. It depends on your machines, sites and the modules you need, so we quote after a short demo call.
Will it work with our older CNC machines?
Harmoni connects to existing equipment regardless of age or brand. It supports Mazak Mazatrol, Haas NGC and legacy, Fanuc 0i/30i/31i/32i, Heidenhain, Siemens Sinumerik, DMG MORI, Makino and Fadal, and is MTConnect-native where supported with adapter layers for older controls.
Do we have to replace our ERP or MES?
No. Harmoni is not an ERP or a full MES replacement. It is an orchestration layer that integrates with Epicor, Infor, Infor Visual, ECI JobBoss/JobBoss2, ABAS and Odoo, with custom integrations for legacy systems on request.
How long does it take to get dashboards running?
Harmoni deploys in weeks with no machine replacement. On-site startup assistance and integration support are available.
Can operators see the data on the floor?
Yes. Along with screen dashboards, the Visual Factory OEE indicator light shows high-intensity green, yellow or red status at each machine so performance is clear at a glance.
Do you serve defense or aerospace shops?
