What the Harmoni andon system includes
Visual Factory by Harmoni puts an andon-style indicator light at each machine and adds shop-wide displays. The light shows real-time OEE condition: green for acceptable performance, yellow for diminishing performance and red for poor performance. That makes problems visible while they are happening instead of after the job is done.
The lights are part of the Harmoni factory orchestration platform. Because the platform is already connected to your controls, operators and ERP, the status you see on the floor matches what leaders see on their dashboards.

Do I need new machines for andon lights?
No. Harmoni connects to your existing equipment regardless of age or brand, including Mazak, Haas, Fanuc, Heidenhain, Siemens Sinumerik, DMG MORI, Makino and Fadal.
How is this different from a normal stack light?
A standard stack light tells you if a machine is on. The Harmoni light shows real OEE condition in green, yellow or red, driven by live machine data rather than a manual setting.
