Team leadership coaching with Hallett Leadership works on two levels at once. We coach each leader on how they show up, and we coach the team on how they work together. That is where trust, speed and accountability come from.
Dean Hallett developed this approach over 15 years running a leadership program at 20th Century Fox, and has also worked with the Walt Disney Company. Today he works with technology, healthcare, finance, nonprofit and startup teams in more than 30 states.

What does team leadership coaching cost?
Pricing depends on the format, the size of your team and how long the work runs. Send us your details and we will walk through options on a call.
Do you coach in person or online?
Both. Coaching happens face to face or by Zoom, so leaders in different offices or cities can take part.
Where do you work?
We are based in Manhattan Beach, California and serve organizations in more than 30 states, including New York, Texas, Florida, Illinois, Washington and Colorado. Virtual coaching is available anywhere in the US.
How much time does it take?
For executive coaching, leaders talk with their coach about 1-2 hours a week, plus 1-2 hours of email or messages every two weeks. Workshops run one or two days and can be held over a weekend.
Is this only for the C-suite?
No. We coach senior leadership teams, mid-level managers and emerging leaders. The nine-month Accelerated Leadership Program is built for high-potential leaders.
How is your approach different?
We use the Discovery Model, which combines behavioral science with experiential learning and ties development into daily work, not just classroom theory.
