How long is the Accelerated Leadership Program?
It runs nine months. It was developed and taught by Dean Hallett for more than 15 years at a Fortune 500 company and is built for high-potential leaders.
Is this only for executives?
No. The one-on-one coaching covers mid-level through senior management, and there are programs for emerging and high-potential leaders as well as C-suite teams.
How much time does executive coaching take each week?
Executives speak directly with the coach about 1-2 hours per week, plus 1-2 hours of email or messages every two weeks. The coach is also available if a crisis or special opportunity comes up.
Can you run a workshop that does not disrupt the work week?
Yes. The one- and two-day leadership and high-performance workshops can be facilitated over a weekend.
