Yes. Virtual executive coaching runs over Zoom and removes the barrier of location, so leaders across sites can take part. In-person coaching and workshops are also available.
How much time will our leaders spend on this?
Executives speak directly with their coach about 1-2 hours per week, plus 1-2 hours of emails or messages every two weeks. Workshops run one or two days and can be facilitated over a weekend.
Do you coach teams or only individuals?
Both. There is one-on-one coaching for individual leaders, C-suite coaching for senior leadership teams, and workshops that align a whole group around a common vision.
