Inside the Accelerated Leadership Program
The Accelerated Leadership Program (ALP) is a nine-month program for high-potential people. It uses the Discovery Model, which blends behavioral science with experiential learning. Participants learn to STOP automatic reactions, LOOK at every option in front of the company, and CHOOSE the best course of action in the moment.
The work goes beyond the classroom. Participants build self-awareness, find their own voice, and create a clear professional vision tied to their core values and your company goals. If nine months is more than you need right now, one- and two-day workshops cover the same leadership topics and can be run over a weekend.
