Yes. We develop C-suite executives, mid-level managers and emerging leaders. Many credit unions start with their senior team, then extend the work to branch and operations managers.
Do you travel, or is the training virtual?
Both. We serve organizations in 30+ states across the US, and virtual executive coaching by Zoom is available anywhere in the country.
How long does a program take?
Workshops run one to two days and can be facilitated over a weekend. The Accelerated Leadership Program runs nine months. Coaching is ongoing, with roughly 1-2 hours per week with your coach.
