Why leaders choose Hallett Leadership for change
Lead change, not just announce it
Coaching connects your decisions, your words and your behavior so the team actually experiences the change you are asking for.
Proven in a Fortune 500 setting
Dean Hallett developed and taught this leadership work for 15 years at 20th Century Fox and has also worked with the Walt Disney Company.
Real goals, real accountability
You set weekly goals tied to personal development and performance results. Your coach sets checkpoints and coaches you through to completion.
A coach who is there when it counts
Beyond scheduled sessions, your coach is available when a special opportunity or a crisis shows up.
Strategy and culture in one place
Coaching looks at how one leader's actions shape the whole team, the strategy and the culture, so change holds after the project ends.
In person or virtual
Meet face to face or over Zoom. Hallett Leadership serves organizations in 30+ states across the US.
What change and strategic leadership coaching includes
Coaching starts with detailed information gathering to see the values and behaviors already in play. From there you and your coach set goals and build the leadership skills your organization needs most during change.
The work uses the Discovery Model, which blends behavioral science with experiential learning. You learn to stop automatic reactions, look at all the options in front of the company, and choose the best course of action in the moment.

Leaders who have worked with Dean Hallett
“Dean's years of real-world, executive experiences at The Walt Disney Company and Fox Studios was a real differentiating factor as an executive coach. His ability to pull from his own efforts, combined with pragmatic, field-tested approaches and solutions, allowed me to really raise my leadership capabilities.”
“I found Dean's innovative, creative, and hands-on approach allowed for a fun and collaborative experience where participants are challenged to push conventional wisdom, think outside the box, and become change drivers in their organizations.”
“The ALP teams' recommendations pushed executives to think differently about critical business issues and often resulted in the launch of a new initiative or an organizational change. I would highly recommend this program because it not only developed the talent within the ALP, but it also fostered an overall culture of collaboration and innovation.”

Frequently asked questions
How much does change leadership coaching cost?
Pricing is not published because engagements differ. The amount of coaching time correlates to individual need, timing and what is at stake. Tell us your goals and number of leaders and we will quote the right scope.
How much time does it take?
Executives typically speak directly with their coach about 1-2 hours per week, plus about 1-2 hours of email or message contact every two weeks. Your coach is also available if a special opportunity or crisis comes up.
Do you coach remotely or only in person?
Both. Coaching runs face to face, by phone or over Zoom. Virtual coaching removes travel and location barriers and is available anywhere in the US.
Is this only for the C-suite?
No. Coaching covers individual leadership development from mid-level to senior management across a range of industries. There is also C-Suite team coaching for senior leadership groups.
Where do you work?
Hallett Leadership is headquartered in Manhattan Beach, California and serves organizations in 30+ states, including California, New York, Texas, Florida, Illinois, Washington, Colorado, Georgia and Massachusetts.
What if we want to reach a whole team, not one leader?
One- and two-day leadership and high performance workshops align teams, renew vision and mission, and give people tools to shift the culture. The nine-month Accelerated Leadership Program develops a group of high-potential leaders together.
