Why homeowners add window film
Less glare, same daylight
Anti glare window film softens harsh sun so you can watch TV or work at a screen without closing the blinds.
Cooler rooms in summer
High performance tint reduces solar heat gain, which eases the load on your cooling system and helps rooms feel more even.
UV protection
Window film blocks harmful UV rays that fade furniture, rugs and flooring over time.
More privacy
Film adds daytime privacy on street-facing windows without bricking up your view.
One company for the whole home
We also install Low-E replacement windows, insulation, air sealing and solar, so you can fix the real cause of high bills.
Local to Northern Utah
We only work on homes in Northern Utah, including the Salt Lake City region and nearby communities.
What home window tinting includes
Our residential window film is installed on the windows you already have. It is a lower cost way to take the sting out of sun-facing glass, especially in rooms that get hot, bright or glaring at certain times of day.
If your windows are older or drafty, film may not be the full answer. We also install energy-efficient Low-E replacement windows and can walk you through both paths before you spend anything.
- Residential window film that reduces solar heat gain
- Anti glare film for rooms with TVs, screens or big south and west windows
- UV blocking to slow fading of floors, art and furniture
- Privacy film options for street-facing and ground-floor windows
- Alternative option: Low-E replacement windows for insulation and comfort
- Pairs well with attic insulation, air sealing and radiant barriers
- Home energy audit available to find where your home loses the most energy
- Installed on homes across Northern Utah

Frequently asked questions
How much does house window tinting cost?
Price depends on how many windows you have, their size and the film you choose. We give you a written quote after we review your windows, so there are no surprises.
Do you tint cars or commercial buildings?
No. We only work on homes. Our window film, window replacement and other energy services are for residential properties in Northern Utah.
Where do you work?
We serve homeowners in Northern Utah, including the Salt Lake City region and surrounding northern Utah communities.
Is window film better than new windows?
It depends on your windows. Film is a lower cost way to cut glare, heat gain and UV rays on glass you keep. If your windows are old or drafty, energy-efficient Low-E replacement windows may save more. We install both and will tell you what fits your home.
Will tint make my rooms dark?
Film is made to cut glare and solar heat while still letting daylight in. We go over the film options with you so you can pick the look and light level you want.
Can you help with hot rooms beyond the windows?
Yes. A home energy audit can show where your home gains and loses the most energy. We also install attic, wall and crawlspace insulation, radiant barriers, air sealing, Aeroseal duct sealing and solar attic fans.
