GLOBAL builds robotic painting and coating systems using FANUC paint robots made for hazardous spray environments. We start with your part geometry, coating, cycle time and booth space, then engineer the cell around them.
Machine vision inspection checks the finish in process, with the option for robotic touch-up. We stay through process validation and production launch, so the line runs the way it was designed to run.

How much does a painting robot system cost?
Cost depends on your parts, the coating, the number of robots, booth work, color change needs and inspection. Send your details and we will scope the cell and quote it. We can also run a feasibility study with cycle time and ROI analysis first.
Which robots do you use?
We primarily integrate FANUC robots and are a Level 5 FANUC Authorized System Integrator. FANUC paint robots are built for hazardous spray environments.
Can you add robots to our existing paint booth?
Yes. We handle retrofits and production line upgrades, including converting manual spray operations to robotic painting and updating cells for new products or model year changes.
Can the system check finish quality?
Yes. We integrate machine vision inspection into paint and coating systems, with an option for robotic touch-up, so defects are caught before parts move downstream.
