How much does a control system integration project cost?
It depends on the parts, cycle time, number of robots and how much of the existing line you keep. We scope each project and quote it. A feasibility study can give you project scope, capital requirements and expected returns before you commit.
Can you work on our existing production line instead of building a new one?
Yes. We do retrofits and line upgrades, including robot retrofits, new equipment integration, converting manual operations to automated ones and model year changeovers, with a focus on limiting downtime.
Which robots do you integrate?
We primarily integrate FANUC robots and are a Level 5 FANUC Authorized System Integrator. Our controls work ties those cells into your existing PLCs, conveyors, machines and plant systems.
Where do you work?
Our headquarters is in Auburn Hills, Michigan, and North America is our main market, including the US manufacturing belt, Ontario and Mexico. We have offices in 4 countries and have completed projects in 22 countries.

Yes. Our staffing division places controls engineers, PLC programmers, robot programmers, robotics technicians, electrical and mechanical designers, commissioning engineers and project managers on contract, contract-to-hire or direct hire.
How long will programming and startup take?
Timing depends on the scope. We use offline simulation and AI-assisted tools that cut robot programming time from weeks to days, and we give you a schedule with the proposal.
