What goes into an automated MIG or TIG welding cell
GLOBAL builds custom robotic welding systems that automate high-volume joining. We start with your part geometry, weld requirements, production rate and quality standards, then design the full cell around them: fixtures, tooling, servo positioning, part presentation and robot programming for single-robot, multi-robot or coordinated welding.
As a Level 5 FANUC Authorized System Integrator, we take the project from concept and offline simulation through build, installation, programming, commissioning, operator training and ongoing support. Offline simulation and AI-assisted tools cut programming time and reduce surprises at startup.
