Why companies bring in Front Goose Wellbeing
Built around your goals
Sessions are shaped to what you need: stress reduction, leadership development, engagement, retention or performance under pressure.
Led by a former HR executive
Megan Dittman spent 25 years as an HR executive at large corporations. She speaks the language of operating leaders, not just wellness.
Science-based, not vague
Training is grounded in neuroplasticity research and the four mental fitness pillars: mindful awareness, breath, meditation and mental rehearsal.
Practical tools people use
Participants leave with exercises they can use the next morning to steady emotions, hold focus and recover after hard days.
Any format, any location
Single-session workshops, half-day, full-day, multi-week curricula or multi-month cohorts. In person nationwide or virtual.
What workplace stress and resilience training covers
Stress at work is not fixed with a poster or an app. People need trained attention, a way to settle the body and a method for handling pressure moments. That is what mental fitness training teaches.
Front Goose Wellbeing designs the curriculum with you, then Megan delivers it live with instruction, practical exercises and facilitated group discussion. Leaders learn how to regulate emotion, think clearly and lead with presence when the stakes are high.

Frequently asked questions
How is pricing set?
Every program is custom-quoted per engagement. Pricing depends on the format you choose: single session, half day, full day, multi-week curriculum or multi-month cohort. The discovery call is where the scope and fee get set.
Can you train leaders specifically?
Yes. Resilience and mindfulness training for leadership teams is a core offering, including executive mindfulness sessions and leadership-focused curricula built on the neuroscience of leadership.
Do you deliver on site or online?
Both. Sessions are delivered in person nationwide and for select international engagements, and virtually when your team is remote or hybrid.
How long is a typical program?
Formats range from a single workshop to a half-day or full-day intensive, a multi-week curriculum or a multi-month cohort. The right length depends on your goals and how much practice time your people need.
Who leads the training?
Megan Dittman, Founder and CEO. She is a Certified Meditation Instructor from the Chopra Institute, an RYT-200 yoga instructor, a Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC, accredited by the NBME) and holds executive coaching certifications from The Neuroleadership Institute.
Is this therapy or a mental health service?
No. This is training and coaching in mental fitness skills. It is not clinical therapy, psychiatric treatment or an employee assistance program.
