Can the workshop be delivered virtually?
Yes. Sessions are delivered in person anywhere in the US, on select international engagements, and virtually for hybrid and remote teams.
How long is a session?
Interactive keynote and workshop formats run 60 to 90 minutes. Half-day intensives, full-day workshops, multi-week curricula and multi-month cohort programs are also available.
Do people need meditation experience?
No. Sessions teach the science first, then walk the group through practical breathwork, meditation and mental rehearsal exercises step by step.
Who leads the workshop?
Megan Dittman, founder of Front Goose Wellbeing. She spent 25 years as a corporate HR executive, is a Chopra Institute certified meditation instructor, an RYT-200 yoga instructor, a board certified health and wellness coach (NBC-HWC) and holds coaching certifications from The Neuroleadership Institute.
Is this therapy or a clinical program?
No. Front Goose provides science-based mental fitness training in mindful awareness, breath, meditation and mental rehearsal. It is not therapy, psychiatric care or medical treatment.
