How much do bookkeeper services cost?
Bookkeeping starts at $1 per transaction with a minimum of $350 per month. Your quote depends on how many transactions you have and which extra services you add.
Can you run payroll too?
Yes. Payroll is $25 per paycheck issued with a $250 monthly minimum, and each 1099, W-2, 940 or 941 prepared at year end is $100 per form.
Do you handle sales tax filings?
Yes. Sales tax filings are $100 per form. If you file in two states and one city, that is three forms, so $300.
Can I bundle bookkeeping with my tax returns?
Yes. The FIC Package combines bookkeeping, payroll, sales tax, advisory services and year-end business and personal tax returns, starting from $500 depending on company type and size.
Do you only work with Chicago businesses?
No. F.I.C. is headquartered in Chicago with offices in St. Paul, Ireland and Egypt, and serves clients across the United States.
What if the IRS sends a notice or opens an audit?
We offer IRS audit assistance and notice response, billed at $500 per hour. We help you organize documents and work through the process.
