How much does a leadership development program cost?
Pricing is custom to each program because format, length and group size vary. The scoping conversation is complimentary, and you get pricing after we understand the scope.
How long do programs run?
Formats include multi-month leadership cohorts, intact-team training and custom curriculum design. The PressurePoint System runs as a structured 90-day conditioning engagement, and focused work on delegation and accountability typically runs 60 to 90 days.
Do you coach managers, or only executives?
Both. We build manager and director programs, emerging and high-potential leader programs, and 1:1 work for owners, founders and C-suite executives.
Is the program in person or virtual?
Both. Programs are delivered in person and virtually across the United States. Our office is in Littleton, Colorado, in the Denver metro.
How is this different from standard leadership training?
Training gives leaders information. Conditioning builds consistency, capacity and character so leaders act well under pressure. We condition leaders, test them in real scenarios, and embed the system across the organization.
Do you work with large corporations?
No. Our programs are built for small and mid-size businesses, founder-led companies, nonprofits and their executive teams, not large enterprise training contracts.
