No. EVP Leadership is a woman-led firm, and every engagement is 1:1 or custom built for your team. The work is scoped around your role, your business and the pressure you carry.
How is pricing set?
Engagements are custom priced based on scope and length. The scoping conversation is complimentary, and you get pricing built around what you actually need.
How long does an engagement run?
The PressurePoint System runs 90 days. Delegation and accountability work typically runs 60 to 90 days. Crisis engagements run 30 to 90 days. Burnout recovery and consulting are multi-month.
Do you work with small businesses?
Yes. Small business owners, mid-size business leaders, founders and C-suite teams are who we serve. We do not take large enterprise or Fortune 500 corporate training contracts.
Can we meet in person?
Yes. Work is delivered in person and virtually across the United States. The firm is headquartered in Littleton, Colorado, in the Denver metro.
Is this therapy or life coaching?
No. This is leadership coaching and executive consulting. We do not provide therapy, counseling or personal life coaching.
