How long does an engagement last?
The PressurePoint System runs as a structured 90-day conditioning engagement. Crisis and decision-support engagements are typically a focused 30 to 90 day window. Facilitated offsites run half-day, full-day or multi-day. Consulting and burnout recovery work is multi-month.
Do you come on site, or is this virtual?
Both. We work virtually and in person across the United States. Our office is at 2650 W Belleview Ave, Suite D-100, Littleton, CO 80123, in the Denver metro.
Do you coach individual leaders or whole teams?
Both. Gennifer Baker leads 1:1 executive and founder coaching plus C-level consulting. Teri Evans leads facilitated executive team offsites, retreats and alignment workshops for intact leadership teams and boards.
Is this therapy or clinical mental health support?
No. We do not provide therapy, counseling or clinical treatment. Our burnout recovery work is leadership coaching focused on capacity, operating rhythm, delegation and decision-making clarity.
