How is strategic technology consulting priced?
Virtual CIO and Virtual CISO work is scoped as a separate advisory engagement, priced on cadence, decision rights and deliverables. AI strategy engagements are scoped on maturity level and organizational needs. Nonprofit pricing is available and scoped during the proposal.
Do you also carry out the roadmap?
Virtual CIO engagements are strategy only and do not include hands-on implementation. If you want the day-to-day work handled too, our managed IT plans start at $150+/user/month with a $2,500/month minimum, or $125+/user/month with a $1,500/month minimum for remote-only.
Do we have to be a managed IT client first?
No. Strategic advisory is scoped as its own engagement. Many organizations pair it with managed IT and security, and we will help you scope the right mix on the call.
Do you work outside Washington, DC?
On-site technician dispatch covers the Washington, DC metro area. Remote-only managed IT is available to distributed teams across the United States.
