Is the monitoring really 24/7?
Yes. Managed threat detection and response runs 24/7. The ETTE help desk is staffed Monday to Friday, 7 AM to 7 PM ET, so people-facing support has set hours while detection and response coverage stays on.
How is pricing set?
Fully Managed IT starts at $150+ per user per month with a $2,500 per month minimum. Remote-Only managed IT starts at $125+ per user per month with a $1,500 per month minimum. Nonprofit pricing is available and scoped during the proposal based on headcount, support model and service mix.
Can we buy threat detection on its own?
Threat detection is part of ETTE's managed security baseline, delivered with managed IT rather than sold as a standalone product. Email security is included the same way instead of being sold separately.
Do you cover teams outside Washington, D.C.?
On-site technician dispatch covers the Washington, D.C. metro area. Remote-Only managed IT, including monitoring and threat response, is available to distributed teams across the United States.
We already have an IT person. Can you add security only?
Yes. Our co-managed IT partnership supplements internal staff with extra capacity, endpoint detection and response, patch management, 24/7 managed threat detection and response, and backup and disaster recovery.
