How is pricing set for information security services?
Security is delivered as part of ETTE's managed service. Fully Managed IT starts at $150+ per user per month with a $2,500 per month minimum. Remote-Only starts at $125+ per user per month with a $1,500 per month minimum. Nonprofit pricing is available and scoped during the proposal based on headcount, support model and service mix.
Is there a minimum engagement?
Yes. The smallest engagement ETTE takes on is $1,500 per month, which is the Remote-Only managed IT minimum.
Do you monitor around the clock?
Managed threat detection and response runs 24/7. The help desk is staffed Monday to Friday, 7 AM to 7 PM ET.
Can you work alongside our internal IT staff?
Yes. Co-managed plans add capacity, expertise and security coverage to an existing internal team, including endpoint detection and response, patch management, 24/7 threat detection, and coverage during staff absences.
Can you help with compliance and security questionnaires?
Yes. Controls are organized around CIS Controls and NIST-style categories, and Virtual CISO support covers risk register ownership, policy development, evidence requests, vendor-risk review, audit coordination and board reporting.
Do you only serve Washington, D.C.?
On-site technician dispatch is available in the Washington, D.C. area. Remote-only managed IT and security is available to distributed teams across the United States.
