What our backup and disaster recovery covers
Most data loss is not dramatic. A file gets deleted, a mailbox is wiped, a laptop dies, or ransomware locks a share. ETTE configures backup for the systems your team actually uses, documents how each restore works, and tests those restores on a schedule.
Backup and recovery is delivered as part of ETTE's managed IT, cloud, and security service. That means the same engineers who monitor your systems also coordinate your server backups, cloud data, and recovery plan, working from current documentation.
- File and email backup for Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace
- Backup configuration matched to how your team works
- Documented restore procedures kept current
- Regular restoration testing to prove data comes back
- Defined recovery-time and recovery-point targets
- Verified server backups for on-premise, hosted, and cloud servers
- Backup coordinated with endpoint and device sync
- Plain-language reporting on backup and system health
