How many needles do I need?
Each needle holds one thread color. The Happy HCH Plus has 7 needles, the XTPro 1401Ci has 14, and the XTPro 1501 IPX, XLS and Happy HCD3E-X1501 have 15 — enough for 15-color designs without rethreading.
Do you ship outside California?
Yes. We ship embroidery machines nationwide by freight from Brea, California. Repair is on-site in Southern California and return-to-depot for the rest of the USA.
Can I trade in my current machine?
Yes. Trade-in valuation is free with no obligation. We accept Happy Japan, Xtreme Tech, Tajima, Brother, Barudan, Melco, SWF, ZSK, Janome and Toyota commercial machines. Have your make, model, serial number, age and condition ready.
Do you sell used machines?
Yes. Our pre-owned machines are inspected and serviced by our in-house technicians, and many come from our own trade-in program. Used stock rotates, so call 714-770-0969 for what is available now.
