Do you ship outside California?
Yes. We ship embroidery machines nationwide by freight from Brea, California. On-site repair service is available in Southern California, and return-to-depot repair covers the rest of the USA.
I have never used a commercial machine. Will I get training?
Every embroidery machine purchase includes a pre-purchase machine demo and customer training. You also get our knowledge base, downloads and support ticket system.
Can I trade in my current embroidery machine?
Yes. We accept Happy Japan, Xtreme Tech, Tajima, Brother, Barudan, Melco, SWF, ZSK, Janome and Toyota commercial machines. Trade-in valuation is free and applied as credit toward your new machine.
What else do I need to start stitching hats?
A cap frame attachment, thread, bobbins and backing. Many shops add 3D puffy foam with 80/12 KK needles for raised logos and a cap heat press for heat-transfer work. We can bundle these with your machine.
