Which machine is best if I have never embroidered before?
Most beginners start with a single-head machine: the Happy HCH Plus with 7 needles, the XTPro 1401Ci with 14 needles, or the XTPro 1501 IPX with 15 needles. More needles let you run more colors without rethreading. Tell us what you plan to make and we will point you to the right fit.
How much does a beginner embroidery machine cost?

Do I get help learning to use it?

Yes. All Xtreme Tech XTPro and Happy Japan machines we sell support cap frame attachments for caps, hats, beanies and visors. They also handle shirts, polos, jackets, towels, bags and 3D puffy foam designs.
Do you ship outside California?
Yes. We ship embroidery machines nationwide across the USA by freight from Brea, California. Repair is on-site in Southern California and return-to-depot for the rest of the country.
Should I buy new or used for my first machine?
Both work. Our used machines are inspected and serviced by our in-house technicians, and many come from our own trade-in program so we know the service history. Used inventory changes often, so call 714-770-0969 for what is available now.
