How much does a residential project cost?
Every home is different, so pricing depends on scope, size and the pieces you choose. We define objectives, budget and timeline up front. The first consultation is free.
Do I have to remodel the whole house?
No. We handle full home remodels, single spaces, apartments and outdoor areas. Tell us the scope on the form and we will talk it through.
Do you order and deliver the furniture too?
Yes. We handle purchasing, contracts and order management, then receive, inspect and warehouse items. Nothing ships until your space is ready to receive it.
Can you make custom furniture?
Yes. We work with custom makers for one-of-a-kind pieces tailored to your space, built to commercial-grade standards with residential comfort.
Do you work with my contractor?
Yes. For projects with construction or structural changes, we coordinate with contractors and trades and monitor specs, materials and finishes so the design intent carries through.
