What goes into interior designer fees
Every project is priced differently because every space is different. The size of the space, how much of it changes, whether there is construction involved and the products you choose all move the number. That is why we start with a conversation instead of a price list.
Our work is end to end. One scope covers the design and the delivery of it, so you are not paying separate parties to coordinate with each other. After the free consultation, you get a clear picture of the services your project needs.

How do your interior designer fees work?
Fees are based on the scope of your project: the size of the space, how much changes, whether construction is involved and the products you select. We give you a scope and a fee after the free consultation, not a generic rate.
Is the first consultation really free?
Yes. The design consultation is free. You can talk through your project and what it would take before you commit to anything.
What is included in the fee?
Our service is end to end: discovery, space planning, floor plans, elevations, mood boards, photorealistic 3D renderings, sourcing and procurement, vendor management, warehousing and logistics, construction support, installation and final styling.
Can you work within a set budget?
We define objectives, budgets and timelines at the start of the project and design around them. Bring your range to the consultation and we will be straight with you about what it covers.
Do the furniture costs sit inside the design fee?
Products are separate from the design work. We source through trade relationships built over a decade, including pieces that are not available through mainstream retailers, and every item is quoted and tracked from order to arrival.
