DESIGN in RHYTHM is based in Los Angeles and works across California, including Santa Barbara, Santa Monica and Long Beach. We start by listening: your inspiration, your references, how you actually use the space. Then we plan the layout, colors and finishes and show you 2D plans, elevations, mood boards and photorealistic 3D renderings.
Once you approve the design, we keep going. We buy the pieces through trade vendors, manage the orders, warehouse and stage everything, support your contractor through the build, install each item and style the final layer.

What does interior design cost in California?
Every project is scoped on its own: the size of the space, how many rooms, and how much sourcing or custom work is involved. Your free consultation covers objectives, budget and timeline, and we put the scope in writing from there.
Which parts of California do you serve?
Los Angeles and Santa Barbara are our active California markets, and we have completed projects in Santa Monica and Long Beach. We also work in Boston, Las Vegas, Washington DC and New Jersey.
Do you only design homes?
No. We design full home remodels and luxury residences, plus boutique hotels under 100 rooms, restaurants, bars, commercial and corporate spaces, and apartment or multifamily interiors.
Do you buy the furniture for me?
Yes. We source through trade-only vendors, artisans and custom makers, then handle purchasing, contracts, order tracking, warehousing and delivery staging. We do not sell furniture retail to the public.
Can you work with my contractor?
Yes. For new construction or structural changes we coordinate with contractors and trades and monitor specifications, materials and finishes so the design intent carries through. We provide construction support, not general contracting.
How long does a project take?
It depends on the scope, any custom pieces and vendor lead times. We set objectives, budget and timeline at the start, and we sequence deliveries so items arrive when they are needed.
