Do you work with large hotel chains?
Our focus is boutique hotels under 100 rooms, including independent properties and branded destinations. We are not set up for large-scale, full-service chains.
Where do you work?
We serve clients across the United States, with active markets in Los Angeles and Santa Barbara CA, Boston MA, Las Vegas NV, Washington DC and New Jersey.
Do you handle buying and delivery, or just drawings?
We handle both. We manage purchasing, contracts, order tracking, warehousing and staged delivery, then install and style the finished space.
Can you work with our contractor?
Yes. We provide construction support and coordinate with contractors and trades so specifications, materials and finishes match the approved design. We are not a general contractor.
Can we get custom pieces for our lobby or bar?
Yes. We design custom furniture with our network of makers, built to commercial-grade standards with residential comfort.
