Why hotels choose DataTel 360 for WiFi
Coverage designed from a survey
We walk the property first and check guest rooms, lobby, meeting space and back of house. Access point placement comes from that survey, not a floor plan guess.
Guest and staff traffic kept apart
We configure guest networks separately from staff and operations traffic, so your teams and your guests are not fighting for the same network.
One contractor for the whole job
Wireless, PoE switching, Cat6 and Cat6A cabling, fiber backbone and MDF/IDF rooms all come from one accountable team. No finger pointing between vendors.
Help when the network drops
Emergency support runs 24/7/365 with live dispatch. Average response on critical outages is under 15 minutes.
Vendor neutral advice
We are carrier neutral and vendor neutral, so the design fits your property and budget instead of one brand's catalog.
Multiple properties, one plan
Hotel groups outside the Southeast are covered by nationwide field dispatch through our TechDispatch360 division.
What our hotel WiFi solutions include
Hotel wireless is harder than office wireless. Thick walls, long corridors, elevators, guest devices and event space all pull on the same network. We start with a coverage survey, then design access point placement, switching and cabling around how your property is actually built and used.
Because we also install the structured cabling and fiber behind the wireless, one team handles the drops, the racks, the access points and the documentation. You get labeled ports, test results and photos at handover.
- Wireless site surveys and coverage assessments before design
- Access point and wireless controller installation and tuning
- Guest networks kept separate from staff and operations traffic
- Roaming tuned for corridors, large floor plates and event space
- PoE switching, UPS and server room or MDF/IDF buildouts
- Cat6 and Cat6A data drops, patch panels, testing and as-built documentation
- Single-mode and multimode fiber backbones and building-to-building links
- Internet failover and cellular backup so payment and phone systems stay online
- 24/7/365 emergency response for WiFi, network and fiber outages

You get a written plan and quote

Frequently asked questions
How much do hotel WiFi solutions cost?
Price depends on room count, building construction, how many access points are needed and how much new cabling the design requires. We survey the property first, then give you a written quote with the scope spelled out.
Can you work in a hotel that stays open?
Yes. We work in occupied buildings as well as new construction rough-in and trim-out, and we sequence the work with your management team and general contractor.
Do you run the cabling, or just the wireless?
Both. We install Cat6 and Cat6A drops, patch panels, PoE switching, risers and fiber backbones, then test, label and document every run to TIA/EIA standards.
Do you provide the internet service itself?
No. We are carrier neutral and do not own a network. We design and install the infrastructure, and we can coordinate with the carrier you choose, including failover connectivity.
Do you only serve Atlanta hotels?
We cover metro Atlanta and Georgia, including Alpharetta, Marietta, Sandy Springs, Duluth and Norcross, plus the wider Southeast. Multi-site hotel groups outside that area are covered by nationwide dispatch through TechDispatch360.
What if the WiFi fails at 2am?
Emergency support is available 24/7/365 with live dispatch and onsite response for network, WiFi, fiber and phone outages. Average response on critical outages is under 15 minutes.
