How much does DNC software cost?
Machine Link™ is $195, Machine Link™ BINARY is $295, and Machine Link™ PLUS is $395. Shop-floor automation runs $1,700 for QUICK Serve, $2,800 for QUICK Serve PLUS and $4,000 for QUICK Serve PRO. PDA-DNC™ is $395.
Will it work with my older CNC controls?
Machine Link™ communicates with every CNC machine that supports standard RS-232 serial, and QUICK Serve works with old and new controls. Machine Link™ BINARY also uploads and downloads binary files and sends Executive Tapes for commissioning older controls.
How many machines can one computer handle?
Machine Link™ PLUS allows 6 simultaneous sessions and needs an available COM port for each machine. QUICK Serve supports 3 machines, QUICK Serve PLUS 20, and QUICK Serve PRO 64 simultaneous sessions.
Can I try it before I buy?
Yes. You can evaluate Machine Link™ QUICK Serve, QUICK Serve PLUS and QUICK Serve PRO free for 45 days. PDA-DNC™ can be downloaded and run in Trial Mode for as long as you like.
What if the computer running the software fails?
Machine Link™ PLUS includes 1-Year Protection, with 5-Year Protection available for $95. QUICK Serve PLUS and PRO include a Replacement Plan: a free replacement registration code in the first 2 years (maximum of 2), then 50% off a replacement order after that.
Do you sell outside the United States?
We serve customers across the United States and are based in Lawrenceburg, Indiana. Services outside the US are not offered.
