What shop floor automation looks like with QUICK Serve
Machine Link tm QUICK Serve continuously scans your CNC machines for file requests made over wired or wireless serial connections. The operator types simple keywords into a CNC program request file at the control. QUICK Serve reads the request and serves the correct CNC file straight back to that machine tool control. Nobody has to touch the PC.
The keyword setup is flexible and will accommodate all CNC machine tool controls. That means you can automate file handling on both old and new machines without replacing equipment. Controlink Systems has built this software for everyday shops since 1998.

Will it work with our older CNC controls?
Machine Link QUICK Serve works with old and new CNC controls. Machine Link communicates with every CNC machine that supports standard RS-232 serial communications, and the request keywords can be set up for all CNC machine tool controls.
What if a machine only communicates in one direction?
The Email/Text message add-on lets file requests be emailed or texted to QUICK Serve, which then serves the file to that control. This is the ideal solution for one-way machines such as ADR BTRs.
Do we need wireless on the shop floor?
No. QUICK Serve scans machines for file requests made across wireless or wired serial connections, so either setup works.
