Do I need special hardware?
Yes. iMonitor requires additional National Instruments hardware. We have supplied NI software and hardware since 1998 and can include the right parts in your quote.
Can it connect to our PLCs and databases?
We routinely interface with SQL databases, PLC hardware, single and multi-axis motion controllers, and protocols such as CAN, UDS, Modbus, Serial, Profinet and EtherCAT.
Can you build something custom for our line?
Yes. We develop process monitoring, machine control and end-of-line test software, plus sensor integration, non-contact gauging, signal analysis and database work.
Do you work with shops outside Indiana?
