What our process monitoring software covers
iMonitor is our real-time data collection package. It measures and analyzes processes and dynamic measurements using NI hardware, and it combines time domain and frequency domain analysis in one tool. It comes in options so you only pay for the measurement work you actually do.
When your application needs more than a standard package, our engineering team writes it. We develop process monitoring, machine control, end-of-line test and data acquisition software, and we handle the sensors, signal conditioning and database work around it.

How much does process monitoring software cost?
iMonitor and custom engineering work are quoted per application, because the hardware, sensors and channels differ for every process. Contact us and we will price your setup.
Do I need special hardware to run iMonitor?
Yes. iMonitor requires additional National Instruments hardware. We have supplied NI software and hardware since 1998 and can help you pick the right setup.
Can you monitor vibration and do modal testing?
Yes. iMonitor VIBS handles real-time voltage and accelerometer measurements, and iMonitor LAB & MODAL adds real-time frequency response measurements.
What if my application does not fit a standard package?
We build custom software for process monitoring, machine control, end-of-line testing, data acquisition and motion control, including the HMI screens your operators use.
Can it connect to our existing equipment and databases?
